SUMMARY:
Purpose of the Role
To support the Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager in all administrative and compliance-related tasks, ensuring efficient processing of vehicle finance applications, insurance documentation, and aftersales product sales.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining high levels of customer service, accuracy, and dealership compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation and submission of finance and insurance applications.
- Ensure all required documents are accurately completed and submitted to banks and insurance companies.
- Track and follow up on finance approvals and customer documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of deals and transactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding finance processes, documentation, and progress.
- Support the F&I Manager in promoting value-added products (e.g., warranties, service plans, insurance).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial guidelines (FAIS, NCA, POPIA).
- Liaise with sales executives to coordinate timely deal closures.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as filing, data capturing, and preparing delivery packs.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and dealership data.
Requirements
Education & Qualifications:- Matric certificate (essential).
- NCA and FAIS accreditation or in the process of obtaining it (preferred).
- Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, business, or administration (advantageous).
Experience:- 1–2 years of experience in a motor dealership F&I environment or similar financial services role.
- Experience working with finance houses and insurance providers.
- Knowledge of dealership DMS systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, Signio).
