We are looking for a Finance & Insurance Manager to join a high-performing Truck Dealership team. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving finance penetration, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering tailored financial solutions to clients in the heavy-duty vehicle space.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and secure finance and insurance approvals for new and used truck sales
- Build strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers
- Structure finance deals that are aligned with customer needs and dealership policies
- Ensure compliance with all FAIS, FICA, and NCA requirements
- Promote value-added products such as warranties, service plans, and insurance packages
- Accurately complete documentation and manage submissions from start to finish
- Support the sales team in closing deals and enhancing customer satisfaction
Requirements:- FAIS-compliant with RE5 and up-to-date CPD hours
- NCA accreditation and F&I certification essential
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an F&I Manager in the commercial or automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of truck finance products and commercial vehicle structures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and administrative skills
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
