FOH / Ranger Couple

SUMMARY:
Luxury Safari Lodge in Madikwe is looking for a FOH / Ranger Couple to lead from the front and make quick and clever decisions where needed.

POSITION INFO:
FOH:

Duties:

Guest relations and hosting
General back-office assistance such as invoicing (PAN Hospitality System), bar books, welcome letters, goodnight notes, menus etc
Hosting of breakfast, lunch and dinner
Room checks
Guest check in and check out on a rotational basis.
Kids activities

Requirements:

Strong Hosting Skills
All-rounder knowledge of all departments will be advantageous
PAN Hospitality experience
Computer Knowledge – MS Office
Basic HR Knowledge
Strong Admin Skills
Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Ranger:

Duties:

Game drives twice a day
Airstrip transfers
Work closely with the maintenance team

Requirements:

FGASA Level 1 / Level 2
Back up / Full Trails (advantageous)
First Aid Level 1
Strong maintenance skills
Strong Hosting Skills
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
