- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process across development and investment projects.
- Provide insightful analysis on project performance, profitability, and cash flow to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with development, investment, and operations teams to evaluate new opportunities and optimize returns.
- Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, cost movements, and capital allocation to guide financial strategy.
- Support funding, debt, and investment planning activities through robust financial modelling.
- Drive process improvement and implement best practices in reporting, planning, and performance management.
- Act as a key business partner, challenging assumptions, identifying risks, and uncovering growth opportunities
This role reports to the Head of Finance.
Job Experience and Skills Required:- CIMA fully qualified
- Working within similar role for past 5 years
- 8 years relevant Property experience
