Facilities Manager - Retirement Village

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the Village’s physical infrastructure
• Regular inspections of all facilities, buildings, and the common areas
• Execution of scheduled and assigned tasks
• Obtaining quotations for maintenance and repairs
• Oversee any maintenance conducted on and around the property
• Administration and management of subordinate staff

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate and any relevant qualification
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Previous experience in managing and maintenance of facilities estates and retirement villages are essential
