POSITION INFO:

Deliver modules in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, Taxation, and Auditing.
Design and update course materials to reflect current industry practices and academic advancements.
Utilise blended learning methodologies, incorporating online platforms like Moodle to enhance student learning experiences.
Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
Conduct and publish research in finance & accounting, contributing to the institution's academic reputation.
Supervise student research projects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Engage in interdisciplinary research initiatives within the institution
Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, fostering their personal and professional development.
Identify and support at-risk students through appropriate interventions.
Promote student involvement in academic and extracurricular activities
