• Design and update course materials to reflect current industry practices and academic advancements.
• Utilise blended learning methodologies, incorporating online platforms like Moodle to enhance student learning experiences.
• Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
• Conduct and publish research in finance & accounting, contributing to the institution's academic reputation.
• Supervise student research projects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Engage in interdisciplinary research initiatives within the institution
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, fostering their personal and professional development.
• Identify and support at-risk students through appropriate interventions.
