We’re looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to join a leading player in the property space – managing iconic retail, commercial, and residential developments across the country.

POSITION INFO:
With over two decades of success, our client is a market leader in property management and development, managing some of the largest retail, commercial, and lifestyle estates across Africa. Known for innovation, scale, and excellence, the business offers a dynamic environment where finance professionals can play a strategic role in shaping sustainable and high-performing property assets.

Duties:

Manage finance operations including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure cash flow management and financial controls
Maintain compliance and oversee audits
Provide strategic financial analysis and advice
Collaborate with business units to drive profitability
Improve finance processes and systems
Support capital expenditure and investment evaluations

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA)
7 to 8 years post-articles experience
4 years property experience
