SUMMARY:
Lead with Impact: Finance Manager – Africa Operations. (Travel: Regular to Sub-Saharan Africa)

POSITION INFO:
We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to lead and manage the finance function for an expanding group operating in Sub-Saharan Africa. This is a highly operational role ideal for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and confident working in complex, emerging market environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Full financial oversight of operations in different locations
Manage financial reporting, controls, compliance, and audits
Drive budgeting and forecasting across the division
Ensure alignment with group policies and regulatory standards
Support and develop regional finance teams
Liaise with Auditors, banks, and service providers

Requirements:

CA(SA)
Minimum 3 years post-articles experience
Strong technical accounting and compliance background
Experience managing multi-country or regional finance operations
Proven ability to lead teams and build systems from the ground up
Willingness to travel into Africa periodically
Comfortable in both operational and strategic finance environments
