Qualifications / Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (SA)
Financial Manager experience in a national concern
Minimum of 5 to 7 years post Article commercial experience
Personality and experience in a dynamic, growing and ever changing and challenging environment is essential
Problem solver
Confident and direct but knows when to take instruction and when to give direction
Someone that is able to simplify and summarise complex financial information
Able to handle a high pressure, fast pasted, outcome driven environment
Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and intermediate knowledge of MS Projects
Must be able to effectively manage a team
Must be able to manage staff and work under pressure
Willing to travel from time to time
Independent team player, self-motivated and must be operationally a hands on person
Experience with:

- Financial control on a national level

- Statutory audit

- Tax

- General staff management

- Monthly finance reports for Head Office

- Ad-hoc finance projects
