Our client in the automotive industry is looking for a Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join their growing team at a reputable dealership in Mbombela

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification
3 years experience in a similar F&I role
RE and NCA Accreditation
CPD-compliant and DOFA-ready
Solid knowledge of F&I legislation, finance procedures, and dealership operations
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Oversee the finance process for 20–30 vehicle transactions per month
Ensure full compliance in managing all financial and legal documentation related to vehicle sales
