Duties:

Monthly financial reporting and analysis
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
Processing invoices, journals, and accruals
Managing property-related transactions (rental income, recoveries, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal controls
Supporting audits and tax submissions
Business partnering with property and asset management teams

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Degree in Accounting
MDA
SAIPA articles
4 years relevant Property experience
