We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our client's team.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Compliance – Prepare annual financial statements, submit tax returns (IT14, IT12), and handle VAT201 submissions.
Audit & Review – Conduct independent reviews, audits, and accounting officer duties for companies, CCs, trusts, and body corporates.
Tax & VAT Management – Compute tax obligations, prepare documentation, and ensure accurate submissions.
Operational Accounting – Handle month-end tasks, reconciliations, and financial data processing for diverse industries.

Qualifications & Experience:

Professional Accounting Background – SAIPA/SAICA articles or equivalent experience in auditing, financial statements, and tax.
Technical Proficiency – Strong knowledge of IFRS, SME reporting, and SARS compliance (ITR, VAT).
Leadership & Communication – Proven ability to supervise teams, train staff, and liaise with clients.
