POSITION INFO:
This company is seeking an Accountant to join their innovative finance team based in Fourways, Johannesburg North.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and reporting skills to contribute to a company that operates across multiple industries and values precision, insight, and strategic financial management.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing comprehensive financial reports, ensuring the accuracy of reporting packages, and providing key insights to drive business performance. You will also play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the integrity of financial data across various divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and analysis financial statements
Compilation and review of management and reporting packs
Development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
Providing financial insights and variance analysis to management
Ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and internal policies
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom degree (Finance or Accounting) – essential
3+ years’ experience in a Financial Manager role
Experience working across different industries
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgets, and reporting packs
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
