SUMMARY:
Have you been working as a Financial Accountant for the past 3 – 5 years and feel that it is time to make a move into your next position? Our client in the beautiful Cape Winelands is looking to add an experienced Accountant to their team to report to the Financial Manager and take responsibility for all daily and monthly processings in the finance team.

POSITION INFO:
Bookkeeping to TB
Prepare monthly management accounts
Manage debtor and creditor processing
VAT and PAYE calculations and VAT Recons
Submissions of monthly VAT
Supplier payments
Payroll related to EMP201a, and submissions of Annuity and GL schedules
Stock takes monthly
Asset management
Intercompany invoices and journals
Processing of journals
Preparation of work for Annual Financial Statements

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Financial Accountant OR
SAIPA articles and 2 years post article experience
Experience up to Management Accounts
VAT understanding

Qualification:
Minimum of a BCom Finance Degree
SAICA or SAIPA Articles beneficial
