REQUIREMENTS:

• BCom Financial or Management Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Experience in the fruit export industry would be advantageous
• MS Excel & Pastel

 

KPA’s:

 

1. Debtors       

• Weekly invoicing
• Weekly capturing of receipts
• Weekly management of outstanding debtors
• Monthly invoicing in Pastel

 

1. Fruit payments        

• Weekly invoicing to foreign buyers
• Term sheets
• Producer reporting

 

1. Ops report 

• Weekly creation of ops report

 

1. Weekly payments  

• Checking all payments for correctness and accuracy

 

1. Management accounts        

• Monthly assisting in management accounts

 

1. Audit and yearly reconciliations        

• Assisting in yearly recons and auditor’s requirements
