SUMMARY:
Financial Administrator - Montague Gardens - 4 Month Contract

POSITION INFO:

A dynamic and well-established packaging company based in Montague Gardens is looking for a Financial Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term contract of four months. This role requires someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle financial admin with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Process all invoices upon receipt of signed delivery notes.
Develop and maintain an effective and organised filing system.
Handle debtor queries based on remittance advices or as required.
Send invoices, statements, signed delivery notes, and any other requested documents to customers to ensure timely resolution of queries and facilitate payment.
Assist in the follow-up of outstanding delivery notes to ensure records are complete and up-to-date.

Requirements:

Available immediately
Proven experience in a financial administration role (creditors and/or debtors).
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients.
Experience in document management and filing systems.
Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
