POSITION INFO:

Our client is a forward-thinking player in the real estate sector, with a portfolio that spans strategic acquisitions, dynamic developments, and high-performing assets. As they continue to grow and diversify, they’re looking for a Financial Analyst to turn data into direction and help guide the financial heartbeat of every deal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyse financial data, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and risks
Build financial models that support key investment and operational decisions
Provide variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reports
Partner with finance and operations to offer real-time, actionable insights
Assist with reporting to senior stakeholders and potential investors

Experience and Skills Required:

BCom & CIMA
2–4 years’ experience in a financial analysis or FP&A role
Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
Property, real estate, or investment sector experience is a major plus
Analytical, curious, and able to hit the ground running
