SUMMARY:
An investment management company, focused on generating long-term wealth for investors, is looking to hire a Chartered Accountant in the position of Financial Analyst.

POSITION INFO:
Title: Business Analyst
Location: Cape Town
Salary: R 600 000 to R 800 000

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Assist in the establishment, management and administration of regulatory reporting processes.
Assist with training trainees on rotation with the CA Trainee programme.
Assist with ad hoc queries and data requests from the business or from close stakeholder teams.
Compile skeleton AFS template for review by the audit technical team.
Audit planning – compile audit lists and deliverables
Manage the audit process.

Education:

CA(SA) - Newly qualified to 3 years post

Job Experience:

Financial Services or Insurance industry exposure
Good academic records

Skills:

Strong leadership
Good communicator
Detail orientation
Ability to work effectively under pressure
