SUMMARY:

Financial Assistant

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join our team. As a Financial Assistant, you will be responsible for processing financial documents, maintaining financial records, and assisting with budget preparation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial principles and be proficient in using financial software.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance-related role
* A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred
* Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
* Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and clear communication are key
Responsibilities:
* Daily tasks
* Weekly tasks
* Fortnightly Tasks
* Monthly Tasks
Ad hoc Duties:
* Complete vendor applications forms
* Assist with export documentation
* Compile creditor documentation
* Provide general support to the Head of finance operations (HFO)
