POSITION INFO:
Our client doesn't just build retail spaces—they create destinations. As a visionary in retail property development, they transform ideas into thriving commercial hubs where brands grow and communities gather. With an eye for opportunity and a passion for design-led spaces, they’re shaping the future of retail one project at a time. Now, they’re seeking a Financial Controller to bring structure, strategy, and sharp financial leadership to their expanding portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the monthly reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
Manage and mentor a team of 3 Accountants
Ensure accurate and timely financial close processes
Work closely with operations to drive cost control and improve efficiencies
Prepare reports for senior leadership and assist with ad hoc financial projects

Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) – newly qualified (essential)
Strong personality, confident communicator, and natural leader
Ability to manage and guide junior staff effectively
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Previous team or project leadership experience advantageous
