SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the full financial function of our business. This role involves strategic planning, risk management, and leading a finance team in a dynamic and collaborative environment. POSITION INFO:

Develop and regularly review the Finance Department Strategy, Plan, and Budget
Collaborate with managers to develop annual budgets and cash flow projections
Assist in developing and implementing a Risk Policy/Strategy
Prepare Annual Financial Statements
Develop and update finance-related policies and processes
Implement financial controls within the Finance Department
Ensure all departmental deadlines and targets are met
Oversee the integrity of financial management and reporting
Maintain and manage the risk of buildings, office equipment, and other assets
Ensure management accounts are prepared, checked, and distributed
Consolidate and explain management account reports
Review credit notes, journals, and payments, recommending approval where applicable
Manage cash flow and debtor reporting
Manage and assist staff within the finance department
Liaise with stakeholders and address queries

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Manager

Qualification:
BCom degree
PA(SA) or AGA(SA)
