POSITION INFO:

As they continue to scale new heights, they're searching for a Financial Manager who can balance big-picture vision with sharp financial insight.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for commercial assets
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
Oversee cash flow management, funding strategies, and investment analysis
Collaborate with asset management and development teams on financial planning
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements and financial systems enhancements

Experience and Skills Required

5–10 years of proven experience in the commercial property sector
CA(SA)
Strong understanding of property investment, leasing structures, and valuation metrics
Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Experience with property management systems and ERP platforms (e.g., Yardi, MRI, SAP) is an advantage
