SUMMARY:
An opportunity for a Financial Manager.

POSITION INFO:
Join a fast-paced and dynamic FMCG company that has been delivering quality products to consumers for over a decade. With a strong footprint in the market and a culture of continuous growth and innovation, our client is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead and manage the full financial function of the business.

Duties:

Oversee the full accounting function
Drive the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal reviews, reconciliations, and reporting
Provide financial insights and decision support to management, enabling strategic business decisions
Ensure compliance with IFRS, relevant tax legislation, and all financial regulations
Manage the company’s tax affairs
Liaise with auditors, SARS, and other regulatory bodies as required
Maintain strong internal controls and continuously improve financial processes

Education and Experience:

BCom Accounting
At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the FMCG or manufacturing sector
Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax, and compliance
