Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations across all departments within the property or group.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to executive leadership.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain compliance with all local financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Lead internal audits and prepare reports for External Auditors and stakeholders.
- Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and support revenue optimization strategies.
- Collaborate closely with operations, HR, and procurement to ensure financial alignment.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, promoting growth and accountability.
Experience and Skills Required:- BCom (Minimum)
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Financial Manager role
- Strong exposure to financial reporting (FFF), reconciliations, management accounts, and VAT
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail and business acumen
- Comfortable working independently and leading finance processes
