Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations across all departments within the property or group.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to executive leadership.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain compliance with all local financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
• Lead internal audits and prepare reports for External Auditors and stakeholders.
• Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and support revenue optimization strategies.
• Collaborate closely with operations, HR, and procurement to ensure financial alignment.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, promoting growth and accountability.

• BCom (Minimum)
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Financial Manager role
• Strong exposure to financial reporting (FFF), reconciliations, management accounts, and VAT
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and business acumen
• Comfortable working independently and leading finance processes
