POSITION INFO:
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, detail-driven Financial Manager who’s ready to make an impact! If you’re passionate about driving financial excellence, streamlining reporting, and ensuring top-tier compliance — this is your chance to lead and grow in a high-performing environment.

Duties:

Oversee full financial operations — including AP/AR, reconciliations, and reporting
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Prepare management accounts, annual financials, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with SARS regulations, tax, and Companies Act
Support audits, funding rounds, investor reporting, and implement financial controls
Mentor junior finance staff and collaborate with the CFO on strategy and fundraising

Education and Experience:

BCom in Finance, Accounting, or similar
Completed articles would be beneficial
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a financial management role

Skill:

Proficiency in Xero, Excel and Google Sheets
Strong knowledge of SA tax regulations, Companies Act and IFRS
