Financial Manager Wanted — Take the Lead in Finance!

POSITION INFO:
Are you a sharp-minded strategist with a passion for numbers, precision, and leadership?

Our client, a dynamic player in the Clearing & Freight Forwarding industry, is on the hunt for a Financial Manager ready to take full ownership of the financial function and confidently lead their finance team.

Duties:

Prepare monthly management accounts, statutory financials, and tax packs
Manage audits, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory compliance (including VAT & journals)
Oversee working capital, cash flow, cost accruals, and supplier relationships
Lead and manage the finance team with authority and expertise
Handle budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and insights
Control fixed assets, depreciation, month-end close, payments, and stock accuracy

Education and Experience:

Relevant Degree
5+ years’ experience in Clearing and Freight Forwarding
Proven success in business development & client acquisition
Strong communicator with top-notch negotiation & relationship skills
Independent self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects
