POSITION INFO:

Our client is a trusted name in hydraulic hose repair and replacement, offering fast, reliable service and a comprehensive range of fluid transfer solutions that power everything from construction sites to manufacturing plants. With a reputation built on precision, pressure, and performance, they’re the go-to experts when uptime matters most. Now, as they expand their operations and tighten their financial strategy, they’re looking for a Financial Manager who’s ready to bring just as much energy and efficiency to the books as they bring to every fitting and fix.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Deliver insightful financial analysis to support business strategy
Develop and maintain financial models for performance tracking and planning
Drive financial and commercial strategic decision-making
Support operational teams with cost optimisation and business cases
Report directly to senior leadership with actionable financial insights

Experience and Skills Required:

BCom / BCom Hons / CA(SA) or nearly qualified
5+ years’ experience in finance (preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors)
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Business-partnering mindset with the ability to influence at senior levels
Excellent Excel and ERP system proficiency
