With a reputation built on precision, pressure, and performance, they’re the go-to experts when uptime matters most. Now, as they expand their operations and tighten their financial strategy, they’re looking for a Financial Manager who’s ready to bring just as much energy and efficiency to the books as they bring to every fitting and fix.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support business strategy
- Develop and maintain financial models for performance tracking and planning
- Drive financial and commercial strategic decision-making
- Support operational teams with cost optimisation and business cases
- Report directly to senior leadership with actionable financial insights
Experience and Skills Required:- BCom / BCom Hons / CA(SA) or nearly qualified
- 5+ years’ experience in finance (preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Business-partnering mindset with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Excellent Excel and ERP system proficiency
