We’re looking for an experienced Financial Manager Controlling to join a fast-paced, high-performing team within the retail industry in Johannesburg West. If you are a qualified CA(SA) with a solid background in financial control, this is your opportunity to step into a pivotal role with real influence.

Duties:

Lead and manage the financial controlling function across business units
Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
Provide insightful variance analysis, cost reviews, and performance reports
Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to influence key business outcomes
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business initiatives

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

CA(SA) designation

Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ post-article experience in financial controlling, ideally within retail, FMCG, or a similar fast-moving industry
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
