SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Manager with a CA(SA) designation and a strong background in the mining industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations, providing strategic insights, and driving financial performance within the organization.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the mining operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Manage the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements:

CA(SA) qualification is mandatory.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial management role within the mining industry.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry-specific requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
