Market leader in IT Equipment Sales and After Sales Service and Maintenance requires a no-nonsense, organised F.M who will run the in-house credit underwriting process and rental division. This will ensure that the correct credit limit is offered to client after full analysis of their financial statements and other legal supporting documents is done. Each large deal is complex and requires interaction with various stakeholders including funders and the approval of the Executive Credit Committee so interacting at all levels is key. Preparing approval schedules and up to date reporting of status of approved in-house deals must be done timeously and accurately. You will also need to be on hand to conclude all escalated discounting queries and compile and maintain discounting factor sheets ensuring compliance with company targets as well as various rental agreements and other document templates. Your team consists of collection specialists and an Accountant so ability to manage must be proven. At month end a full financial reporting pack must be done which will include analysis of revenue and expenses, cashflow, forecast and budget etc. This is a full function role where you control all areas of this division so your solid experience in a similar environment is non-negotiable.
BCom plus solid relevant experience a must.
