Job Summary
The Flexographic Printer Operator will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining flexo printing machines. The role requires technical skill, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to print quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses
• Prepares substrates, inks, and dies according to job specifications
• Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments during runs
• Perform regular machine maintenance and cleaning
• Troubleshoot printing issues and minimize downtime
• Record production data and maintain accurate job logs
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Work closely with supervisors and other departments to meet production targets

• Proven experience operating flexographic printing machines (e.g., CI, stack, or narrow web)
• Good understanding of inks, substrates, and print quality standards
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret production specifications and job orders
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime if required
• Strong team player with good communication skills
