Foreign Exchange Consultant

POSITION INFO:

• Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
• Minimum of 2 years of Forex Consultant experience
• Prior experience as a Forex Teller
• Strong knowledge of:
• FICA regulations
• Exchange control
• Foreign exchange operating systems
• Foreign currencies
• Excellent computer skills
• Effective telephone and customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Assist clients with their foreign exchange needs
• Ensure full compliance with FICA and exchange control regulations
• Process transactions accurately using the foreign exchange operating system
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times
• Maintain detailed records and ensure administrative duties are completed on time
