Front Office / Reservationist

SUMMARY:
An authentic game reserve would like to add a RECEPTIONIST / RESERVATIONIST to their team

POSITION INFO:
A premier destination dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences, is seeking a Receptionist / Reservationist to be the warm and welcoming face of our establishment. If you enjoy working in a vibrant environment, delivering exceptional service, and helping guests create lasting memories, we would love to hear from you.

Candidate Requirements:

• Grade 12
• At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar position
• Should be proficient in MS Office, Excel and Outlook
• A valid RSA ID is required
• Proven track record within a luxury hotel/lodge environment
• Experience with Apex/Plus Point would be an advantage
• Must have strong admin skills
• Should have excellent customer care skills
• Must be friendly and professional with excellent communication skills

Live-in. Shared accommodation, meal allowance.
