Fuel Station / Site Manager - Midstream

POSITION INFO:

The Fuel Station/Site Manager is responsible for the overall operation and performance of the filling station. This role involves managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and complying with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Ensure excellent customer service delivery and satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere
• Inventory management
• Monitor fuel and product inventory levels
• Order and receive supplies as needed
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimise losses

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations, including fuel dispensing, store operations, and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Implement and maintain quality control standards

Staff Management

• Manage staff
• Compiling efficient shift rosters

Experience and Qualifications

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
• Previous experience as a Site Manager/Fuel Station Manager
• Valid Drivers Licence
• Own reliable vehicle 
• Available to start as soon as possible

Working Hours

Must be willing to work:

• Every 2nd weekend
• Shifts: 07:00-16:00 and 08:30-18:00 (Rotated weekly)
