REQUIREMENTS:

Staff Management

Stock Management

Driving sales and ensuring theft levels are kept to a minimum

Customer service

Store standards and housekeeping

Enforcing company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 or higher

• At least 3 years’ store management experience

• A solid retail background

• A sound knowledge of retail practices, and a specific understanding of the SA legislative and financial aspects of a retail business

• Relevant IT and systems knowledge

• A Sales / Marketing Management qualification would be an advantage
