GROUP FINANCIAL DIRECTOR (Must be a qualified CA)

7 people reporting to this position:
- Group Financial Manager: Transaction processing, month-end closure, balance sheet management, external audit relationship
- Group Operations Finance Manager: Finance lead in Sales & Operating Planning (S&OP) process, business analysis, Capex control and reporting, cash flow forecasting, financial projects
- Group Business Analyst: Daily reports, report automation, monthly group consolidation, shareholding reporting, board reports and shareholder communication, support in finance projects
- Group Management Accountant: Standardised processes and reports at factories, cost control at factories, manage two Financial Controllers – one at each factory, continuous improvement, master data management, lead budget and forecasting process
- Manager Remuneration and Taxes: Payroll Management for all entities payrolls, support HR, Payroll taxes, VAT and Corporate Tax management processes
- Business Solutions Manager: ERP improvement, Business Process monitoring and improvement, ERP support, SOP development, technical IT co-ordination and manage 2 IT technicians at operating sites
- PA/Office Manager: PA to CEO and FD, Office administration, head-office suppliers management including accounts payable process

Requirements:
Qualifications required
Must be a CA (SA) given the group structure and reporting requirements. No compromise on this (ie people still in process of obtaining a CA qualification will not be considered).

Experience

• Articles completed and audit manager experience
• Must have at least 5 years post article experience in a non-audit entity Experience in group structured companies will be an advantage
• Experience in manufacturing will be good, but candidates without will not be prejudiced. It will just fast-track the growth into the position.
• Experienced in managing a team of finance professionals

Must have working experience in mid-tier and/or upper tier ERP systems:

• Syspro
• SAP
• Sage
• Accumatica
