SUMMARY:
Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair, has a vacancy for a GRV Suspense Assistant at our head office in Bonaero Park.
The successful applicant will report to the Warehouse Manager.
POSITION INFO:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries;
- Ensure invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries;
- Maintain accurate records;
- Reconcile materials received against invoice quantities;
- Ensure all Purchase orders and/or invoices are coded correctly to a Project/Short code;
- Perform three-way matching between GRN, Supplier Invoice, and PO to check if you have received the order correctly and if there aren’t any discrepancies;
- Ensure if any discrepancies exist, the invoice will be put on hold;
- Communicate discrepancies to the buyer and the Procurement Manager;
- Forward all invoices to Finance for payment;
- Ensure all appropriate documents right from purchase requests to approved invoices are stored in a centralized location.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric;
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel;
- Minimum of 1-year experience in similar position
MS Office essential,
