SUMMARY:
General Manager

We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to join a well-established Liberal and Charismatic Christian Church based in Sandton, Johannesburg. The successful candidate comes with at least 8 years’ experience as a General Manager and have a proven record in reporting to Executives.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Essential: Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration/Management/Projects.
8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Driver’s License and own vehicle.
Must be willing to work on weekends.
Must be willing to travel internationally.

Duties and responsibilities:

Overseeing daily business operations.
Managing up to 100 staff members.
Responsible for networking and coordinating ministers, ushers, housekeeping, media crew, bishop, pastor, and medical crew.
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Evaluating performance and productivity.
Act as a barrier between the Executive and delegates.
Responsible for negotiating deals.
Responsible to attend events and ensure the smooth operation working hand in hand with the Executive.
