General Manager - Hospitality

Report to Board of Directors and in conjunction with your management team, oversee the mangement of day to day operations, ensuring excellent service and exemplary food and beverage operations. Take charge of staffing, training, performance and disciplinarly procedures whilst ensuring adherance to high level of cleanliness and customer experience. Manage financial performance by driving sales and revenue whilst ensuring cost control and managing operating and capital budgets. Establish and implement strong marketing plan.
