JOB DESCRIPTION:

We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced General Sales Manager within a highly reputable motor dealership. This position is suited to a professional individual who demonstrates a good business acumen, a mind for strategy and above-average leadership skills. You will be fully responsible for managing the new and used car sales teams, maximizing sales, sales forecasting and developing a strategic and tactical plan to ensure profitability, sustainability, and growth. In addition, you will also manage budgets, all used vehicle evaluations and trade-ins.

Essential requirements for this position
A Business diploma or equivalent tertiary qualification in Management/Marketing/Sales would be advantageous
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in managing successful sales teams within the Premium segment of the automotive retail environment
A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals
Knowledge of data protection regulations, other industry regulatory bodies and their relevance (CPA, FICA, POPIA, NCA).
Adept at MS Word, Excel and Outlook

You will need the following documents
