Duties:

• Manage the creation and presentation of comprehensive group financial reports, ensuring they meet accuracy and compliance standards.
• Oversee the consolidation process across various entities within the group, delivering insightful and actionable analysis.
• Work closely with senior leadership to devise and execute financial strategies that support the organisation's goals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the finance team, promoting a culture of ongoing improvement and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and procedures across the organisation.
• Facilitate the annual audit process by collaborating with external auditors for an efficient review.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting
• BCom Accounting Honours
• CA(SA)

• Completed SAICA Articles
• Must have experience in group financial reporting and consolidations.
• Must have management experience.
• Strong technical accounting experience with IFRS knowledge.
• Experience with Cognos is highly desirable.

• In-depth knowledge of group accounting and financial consolidation processes.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to precision.
