SUMMARY:
Reports to: CEO. A strategic and rewarding leadership role for a seasoned finance professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic, growth-focused group.

POSITION INFO:

As Group Financial Manager, you will lead a high-performing finance team, oversee critical compliance and HR functions, and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and C-suite. This position offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy, support operational excellence, and prepare for advancement into a future CFO role. Key Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant or equivalent; Finance degree with MBA also considered
Over 10 years’ post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in a Financial Manager role
Proven track record managing and developing finance teams.

Technical Skills:

Financial planning, analysis, and reporting expertise
Strong proficiency in financial software and tools
Deep understanding of compliance requirements (BEE, EE, tax, AFS)

Preferred Industry Experience:

Mining, IT, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Security
