Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

• A postgraduate qualification would be advantageous

• Registration with a professional accounting body 

Requirements: 

• A qualified Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of senior financial management experience

• Proven leadership and team development skills

• Strong financial modelling and forecasting expertise

• Experience in group consolidations, management reporting, and statutory accounts

• A sharp analytical mind and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights

• Entrepreneurial mindset with an eye for operational improvement
