- At least 5 years’ experience
- Merger and Acquisition experience
- Effective management of all internal controls over financial reporting and manage the team responsible for transactional financial accounting.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings and the group CFO
- Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow
- Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities
- Arranging financial audits and reviews as required
- Implement the group ERP for acquisitions and new entities in the group
- Complete tax filings and dealing with matters relating to the compliance and regulations
- Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge
