SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytically minded Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) who has completed their articles in the banking sector - through the TOPP Program to join the Ultra HNW team of a top Private Bank in SA.  This role would be taking on Ultra HNW clients, their companies, trusts and families and all deal making requirements within these entities, focusing on deal origination, financial modelling, and complex transaction structuring.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA)
• Completed articles through TOPP route within a financial services organisation
• 0–3 years’ post-articles experience in banking (corporate, private, or business banking) or in a transactional finance role.
• Exposure to credit analysis, lending, and client deal structuring
• Strong technical understanding of financial statements, IFRS, and regulatory environments.
• Excellent financial modelling, Excel, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
