SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a reliable and organised HR & Admin Assistant to support the Office Manager with day-to-day human resources and administrative functions. Based on a farm in Stellenbosch, this hands-on role includes maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, supporting health and safety procedures, and general office administration. The ideal candidate is eager to grow within the company, with the long-term potential to develop into an HR Manager role.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric certificate (Grade 12)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Paymaster or similar HR/payroll software
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Comfortable working in a farm-based office environment
Fluent in English or Afrikaans (both an advantage); Xhosa is a bonus
Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
Friendly, approachable, and a team player
Calm under pressure and eager to learn
Keen interest in human resources and long-term growth within the company
