HR Administrator

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

• Manage all Industrial Relations processes including performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Oversee statutory reporting: EEA, SDL, WCC and related compliance
• Maintain professional relationships with relevant SETA authorities
• Administer Provident Fund, Medical Aid, and employee benefits
• Ensure accurate leave management and attendance systems
• Drive the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff
• Support training and development initiatives across the company
• Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and maintain job descriptions
• Update and train staff on HR policies and procedures
• Provide confidential support and counselling to employees when needed
• Manage time and attendance systems and overall leave administration

• Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management
• 3–5 years’ experience in HR, preferably in a retail environment
• Solid knowledge of current labour laws and CCMA procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• High levels of confidentiality, resilience, and professional credibility
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Capable of working independently and within a collaborative team
